Dr. Sica Leigh is a nationally board-certified acupuncture physician (FL, IN), Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (DACM), and PhD candidate specializing in Ancestral Healing and Mystical Research. Concurrently pursuing her MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, she bridges traditional healing practices with modern therapeutic approaches to empower profound transformation in her clients.

Dr. Sica has over 20 years of experience in traditional, complementary, and integrative medicine, including developing the CoRe Therapeutics framework–a holistic methodology combining ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic techniques. She also holds extensive expertise in Jungian depth psychology, shamanic practices, and public health. A certified yoga instructor since 2016, she is currently pursuing her 500-hour certification in Kundalini yoga to further integrate physical and spiritual alignment into her offerings. As a founding member of her state’s psychedelic association, Dr. Sica advocates for harm reduction and decriminalization of entheogens for therapeutic use.

Her professional journey includes serving as an educator, program manager, and healthcare leader, emphasizing patient-centered care and health Equity. She has guided public health initiatives, designed community wellness programs, and mentored future healthcare professionals as a university instructor.

Outside her practice, Dr. Sica is a devoted wife and mother of four children. Together, the household nurtures their love of exotic animals, sustainable living, genealogy, and creative and performing arts, ranging from piano to cosplay. Passionate about integrative public health and spiritual development, Dr. Sica believes in helping others align with their higher selves to live their most authentic lives.
